Job summary

AlFuttaim is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Assistant in Dubai, UAE to support the operational integrity of the retail facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC and MEP systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring overall safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and other MEP systems.
• Experience working with electrical systems including lighting and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors and supervise maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
