Job summary

Talent Tide in Dubai is seeking an experienced Estimation Manager – MEP to join a leading MEP contracting company. You will lead the preparation and review of cost estimates and tender submissions for complex projects, and you will guide the bidding process with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a mechanical degree, 8+ years in MEP estimation with leadership experience, and strong knowledge of tendering, costing, and Excel-based analyses; UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical required.
• 8+ years of experience in MEP estimation, including leadership roles.
• Experience with UAE/GCC markets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, costing, and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of cost estimates and tender submissions for MEP projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine scope and pricing.
• Prepare BOQs, cost analyses and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement during bidding.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Ensure estimates are competitive and submitted on time.
