Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a skilled MEP & Civil Supervisor for UAE projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years UAE/Gulf experience, hands-on leadership of maintenance staff, and strong site-inspection discipline.

You will oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works, with on-call/weekend coverage as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering and a UAE driving license for LMV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience supervising MEP and Civil works on large-scale construction projects.
• Must have UAE valid driving license for LMV.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with codes.
• Determine time and cost estimates for MEP jobs.
• Provide front-line technical support to assets and troubleshoot efficiently.

Job description

• We are looking for candidate with extensive knowledge and working experience in MEP field.

• MEP & Civil Supervisor with 3-4 years UAE/Gulf experience is required.

• Hands on knowledge and experience in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil etc. Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to maintenance staff.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Determine time and cost estimates for MEP jobs.

• Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively.

• Provides technical support when needed with on-call and/or weekend coverage support.

• Great Interpersonal/Communication skills

• Must have United Arab Emirates valid driving license for LMV.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in supervising MEP and Civil works on large-scale construction projects.
