Phoenician Uae is seeking an experienced MEP/Electrical Site Engineer in Dubai to supervise electrical and MEP installation works for landscaping projects. The role requires coordination with civil, landscape, irrigation teams and adherence to drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant site execution experience, especially in outdoor lighting and irrigation systems.

We are looking for an experienced MEP/Electrical Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Full Time | Immediate Joining

The successful candidate will supervise and manage electrical, and MEP installation works for landscaping projects, ensuring proper execution in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor electrical and MEP site activities related to landscaping projects.
• Oversee the installation of landscape lighting systems, outdoor lighting fixtures, lighting control panels, and electrical distribution systems.
• Coordinate electrical connections for irrigation systems, including pumps, control panels, sensors, and related equipment.
• Review and interpret electrical and MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with civil, landscape, irrigation, and other project teams to ensure proper integration of electrical services.
• Ensure all installations are carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and authority requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor material requirements, manpower allocation, and site progress to ensure timely completion.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for effective solutions.
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical and MEP systems.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical/MEP site execution, preferably in landscaping or infrastructure projects
• Experience in outdoor lighting, landscape lighting, irrigation pump connections, and electrical control systems
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, installation methods, and site execution
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Knowledge of UAE electrical standards and authority requirements
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
