Job summary

Phoenician Uae is seeking an experienced MEP/Electrical Site Engineer in Dubai to supervise electrical and MEP installation works for landscaping projects. The role requires coordination with civil, landscape, irrigation teams and adherence to drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant site execution experience, especially in outdoor lighting and irrigation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical/MEP site execution.
• Experience in landscaping or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with outdoor landscape lighting and irrigation pump connections.
• Knowledge of UAE electrical standards and authority requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and MEP site activities for landscaping projects.
• Oversee installation of landscape lighting, fixtures, control panels, and distribution systems.
• Coordinate electrical connections for irrigation systems, pumps, sensors, and equipment.
• Review electrical/MEP drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, landscape, irrigation, and other teams to ensure proper integration.
• Ensure installations conform to drawings, specs, and authority requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and progress to meet schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical issues with relevant teams.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Uphold health, safety, and quality standards.
