Job summary

MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, implement, and manage electrical systems for construction projects in the UAE. The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that all electrical installations meet safety and quality standards on-site at project offices and construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of UAE construction experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering within construction projects in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
• Prepare accurate electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise electrical installations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and provide technical support during project implementation.
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and international standards such as IEC, NEC, and BS standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities of electrical systems.
• Maintain project schedules and report on progress related to electrical works.
