Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a meticulous MEP Document Controller to manage and oversee all project documentation for our MEP construction site. You will organize, maintain, and control contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondences to ensure smooth workflow and easy retrieval of records.

• Maintain, update, and manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondences for MEP Projects.
• Ensure proper document control in line with company policies and project requirements.
• Implement and maintain an efficient electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Distribute and track documents to relevant stakeholders (internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients).
• Ensure document security, confidentiality, and access control.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments for document approvals and revisions.
• Monitor document flow, revisions, and version control to prevent outdated information use.
• Prepare reports and documentation logs for project audits and compliance checks.
