Job summary

MediaSource FZC in United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced MEP Documentation & Drawing Controller to manage and control all MEP drawings and graphical information across properties under Salayel management. You will maintain updated HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings, coordinate with contractors, and ensure CAFM integration and project documentation accuracy.

Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with AutoCAD Certification and 5 years in MEP design (3+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• AutoCAD certification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP design and project execution (3+ years UAE preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all MEP drawings and graphical records.
• Coordinate with contractors to collect completion certificates, warranties, and manuals.
• Update drawings reflecting site changes and support CAFM integration.
• Prepare project execution programs and CAPEX/OPEX purchase requests.
