Job summary

A property management firm is seeking a skilled MEP Documentation Manager to oversee and control all MEP technical documents across properties. The role requires maintaining accurate and updated drawings, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the accessibility of essential project documentation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, AutoCAD certification, and a minimum of 5 years in MEP design and project execution, with relevant experience in the UAE preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in MEP design and project execution, 3+ years in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated MEP drawings for all managed sites.
• Act as custodian for all technical drawings and graphical records.
• Maintain complete project files and technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors for completion certificates and handover documents.
• Update drawings to reflect site changes.
