Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead and manage all MEP construction activities from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of UAE experience in MEP construction, including proficiency in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm works in compliance with UAE regulations. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in MEP construction in the UAE.
• At least 5 years as an MEP Construction Manager.
• Experience with Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects.

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Fire Alarm works
• Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
• 12–15 years of UAE experience in MEP construction, including at least 5 years as an MEP Construction Manager
• Proven experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV, and Fire Alarm systems
• Thorough understanding of UAE construction practices, authority regulations, and MEP installation standards
