Job summary

Protech Pioneer in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeller/AutoCAD Engineer to join our growing team in UAE, Mumbai. The role involves developing accurate 2D/3D BIM models for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other MEP services, coordinating with project engineers and ensuring design requirements are met.

The candidate should have 3+ years of MEP BIM modelling/AutoCAD experience, be proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks, and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MEP BIM modelling/AutoCAD experience.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other BIM/CAD tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D MEP drawings and BIM models based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other MEP services.
• Coordinate with project engineers and coordination teams to understand design requirements.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, coordination and compliance with project standards.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues in BIM models.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, details and as-built drawings.
• Make revisions based on client and project team comments.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow project BIM/CAD standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Prepare detailed drawings for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other MEP services.
• Work with project engineers and coordination teams to understand design requirements.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, coordination and compliance with project standards.
• Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues in BIM models.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, details and as-built drawings.
• Make revisions based on client and project team comments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM Modelling / AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks or other BIM/CAD tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
