Job summary

CADD Emirates Computer Trading LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a BIM Electrical Modeler and BIM Mechanical Modeler to join our MEP team. The role focuses on modelling MEP systems in BIM, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

You will coordinate clashes, produce shop drawings, create families, and ensure compliance with LOD standards and BIM workflows. UAE/GCC project experience and immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in BIM MEP modelling or related roles.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Experience modelling MEP HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination, clash detection and shop drawings.
• Familiar with LOD standards and BIM workflows.
• Strong experience in shop drawings and family creation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice preferred.

Responsibilities
