Job summary

Drawlines Drafting Services W.L.L in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced MEP BIM Modeller to develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP systems and ensure clash detection and resolution. You will produce construction-ready drawings from the BIM model and maintain models through the project lifecycle.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in MEP engineering, be certified in Revit MEP, and have 3–5 years of experience. Navisworks proficiency and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Autodesk Revit MEP certification or equivalent BIM software certification.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeller on building projects.
• Proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Strong reading of architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork for interdisciplinary coordination.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in BIM models.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

• Produce construction-ready drawings schematics and documentation directly from the BIM model
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle incorporating design changes and site feedback
• Assist in the creation of as-built models and facility management information models upon project completion
• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Hold certifications in Autodesk Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software
• Have 3-5 years of proven experience as a MEP BIM Modeller on building projects
• Demonstrate proficiency in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
• Exhibit strong understanding of MEP systems design principles and installation practices
• Be adept at reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective interdisciplinary coordination
• Showcase meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Be proficient in English (written and spoken) for clear project communication
