Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural or MEP disciplines across projects in Dubai. You will create 3D models, drawings, plans, sections, elevations and schedules from design information, coordinate across disciplines and ensure model accuracy and standards compliance.

You will lead clash detection, resolve conflicts with design teams, produce as-built models and assist with project handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of BIM modelling and interior fit-out experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural, structural or MEP disciplines based on project requirements.
• Create accurate 3D models, drawings, plans, sections, elevations and schedules from design information.
• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM software and resolve identified conflicts with design teams.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents to ensure model accuracy.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, coordination drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built models.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and provide technical guidance.
