HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a skilled BIM Modeler (MEP) to develop and maintain Revit models for major construction projects, including data centres, high-rise buildings, and hospitality facilities. You will participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews, ensuring models meet project and company standards.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in MEP contracting, strong Revit skills, and experience with BIM coordination.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in MEP contracting projects.
- Strong hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with BIM coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain discipline-specific Revit models.
- Produce coordinated shop drawings and quantity take-offs.
- Review engineering drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project and company standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support digital engineering and modular construction initiatives.
