Job summary

NADIA, an overseas NGO consultancy, seeks a Regional Director based in Dubai to lead Middle East operations and align the regional strategy with the corporate vision. You will shape market access in UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and other MENA markets, while building partnerships with government, chambers and private sector to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in international business development with NGOs/Chambers/organizations.
• Extensive network of private sector, chambers, associations and government contacts in MENA (bonus).
• Knowledge of industry landscape, business practices, and market dynamics in the region.
• Ability to navigate cross-cultural differences and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Preferably Arabic speaking, strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Middle East operations and craft regional strategy aligned with corporate vision.
• Provide in-market expertise to help companies expand in UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and other MENA countries.
• Navigate local regulatory environments and develop opportunities across sectors.
• Monitor market conditions and deliver market intelligence to drive growth.
• Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships to generate leads and business matches.
• Identify and secure revenue through partnerships, programs, and services.
• Develop country market briefs on trends and market-entry strategies for stakeholders.
• Oversee events, seminars, and in-market missions to meet objectives and networking goals.
• Lead and develop the local team and office.
