Job summary

Red Hat MEA is seeking a MENA Marketing Manager based in Dubai to lead an integrated, outcome-driven marketing plan across field, digital, social, and partner channels. You will partner with regional sales and cross-functional teams to translate priorities into measurable programs.

Responsibilities include developing annual plan, managing budgets, and collaborating with distributors, OEMs, SIs and ISVs to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth while ensuring local market relevance and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing roles within enterprise technology or IT sectors.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across field, digital, social and partner channels.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline creation, and ROI measurement.
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, OEMs, SIs and ISVs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual MENA marketing plan aligned with regional business priorities and growth objectives.
• Build and execute integrated, outcome-driven marketing programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.
• Partner with MENA business and sales leadership, translating priorities into actionable strategies.
• Drive measurable contribution to demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue using performance insights to optimize investments.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programs with distributors, resellers, OEMs, SIs and ISVs to extend market reach.
• Guide partners on campaign strategy, execution and measurement to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with MEA and EMEA marketing teams to leverage regional programs and best practices.
• Manage local marketing agencies, event partners and suppliers with cost effectiveness and quality.
• Manage the MENA marketing budget and prioritize investments based on impact and strategy.
• Track, analyze and communicate marketing performance with clear visibility into outcomes and ROI.
• Represent marketing within the MENA leadership ecosystem and maintain stakeholder alignment across sales, partner and marketing.
