Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a MENA Marketing Manager to lead an integrated marketing strategy across the region, with regular in-office presence in Dubai.

You will partner with sales and regional teams to translate business priorities into measurable programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels, while collaborating with distributors, OEMs, SIs and ISVs to drive demand and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably enterprise tech in the MENA region.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across field, digital, social and partner channels.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, pipeline metrics, and ROI measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual MENA marketing plan aligned with regional priorities and MEA strategy.
• Build and execute integrated marketing programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.
• Partner with MENA business and sales leadership, translating priorities into actionable marketing plans.
• Drive measurable contributions to demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth with data-driven optimization.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programs with distributors, resellers, OEMs, SIs and ISVs.
• Guide partners on campaign strategy, execution and measurement to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with MEA and EMEA marketing teams to leverage regional programs and best practices.
• Manage local marketing agencies, event partners and suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Manage the MENA marketing budget and prioritize investments based on impact and priorities.
• Track, analyze and communicate marketing performance with visibility into outcomes and ROI.
• Represent marketing within the MENA leadership ecosystem and align with sales, partner and marketing teams.
