Job summary

Red Hat in Dubai seeks a MENA Marketing Manager to lead an integrated marketing strategy across the region, based in Dubai with regular in-office presence. You will translate business priorities into measurable programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.

You will collaborate with regional sales leadership, MEA and EMEA teams, manage budgets and partners including distributors, OEMs, SIs and ISVs to drive demand, pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience across MENA.
• Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across field, digital, social and partner marketing.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline measurement.
• Experience working with channel partners, distributors, OEMs, SIs and ISVs.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region, approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual MENA marketing plan, aligned with regional priorities and MEA strategy.
• Build and execute integrated marketing programs across field, digital, social, partner and communications channels.
• Partner with MENA business and sales leadership as a trusted marketing advisor.
• Drive measurable contribution to demand generation, pipeline and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute partner marketing programs with distributors, resellers, OEMs, SIs and ISVs.
• Guide partners on campaign strategy, execution and measurement.
• Collaborate with MEA and EMEA marketing teams for regional program leverage.
• Manage local marketing agencies, event partners and suppliers.
• Manage the MENA marketing budget and prioritise investments.
• Track and communicate marketing performance and ROI.
