Job summary

TikTok LIVE is a fast-growing live streaming business focusing on real-time content, creator monetization, and interactive community experiences. As a project intern, you will gain hands-on experience through short-term projects and on-the-job learning in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates must commit to at least a 4-month period (6 months preferred), starting in January or June 2026, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2026 or 2027 or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, STEM or related fields.
• Available for full-time internship of at least 4 months, 6 months preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic (C1+) and English with strong communication.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of TikTok LIVE, including creator management, content analysis, and campaign execution
• Work closely with creators and streamers to optimize LIVE performance and audience engagement
• Analyze LIVE content trends, user behavior, and creator performance data to support business decisions
• Assist in planning and executing LIVE events, campaigns, and growth initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and regional teams
• Contribute ideas to improve creator experience, monetization efficiency, and community health
