Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern to gain hands-on experience in our LIVE team, focusing on live streaming operations, content strategy, and campaigns across international regions.

Ideal candidates are undergraduate students graduating in 2026 or later, fluent in English (Arabic helpful), and able to commit to at least four days per week for a minimum three-month period. This internship offers practical on-the-job learning in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student; graduating in 2026 or later.
• Fluent in English; Arabic beneficial as the team works with the Middle East and global stakeholders.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to analyze, categorize, and prioritize user feedback quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Office software; enthusiastic about the internet industry and live-streaming apps.
• Strong communication and learning abilities, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Able to work at least four days per week.
• Able to commit to an internship of three months minimum.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of live streaming business across international regions; participate in planning for streamer operations; understand local user preferences in overseas markets; review streamer interview results across multiple regions; and follow up on execution outcomes.
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of livestreamers.
• Help plan and execute local campaigns to enrich content diversity and enhance overall revenue.
• Assist with strategy development, information consolidation, document translation, and data analysis.
• Develop a strong understanding of streamer and user behavior; help identify user characteristics in overseas markets; propose constructive and exploratory suggestions; drive problem-solving; and contribute to improving user experience.
