TikTok is seeking an Agency Operations Intern for the TikTok LIVE team in Dubai. You will support the MENA agency ecosystem, coordinating with partners and internal teams, and handling operational documents and reports.

This internship offers hands-on experience in live operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to industry events and workshops.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or data analytics.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and communications with TikTok LIVE agencies across the MENA region.
• Coordinate with Arabic-speaking agency partners and internal teams to facilitate business initiatives.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, presentations, and training materials.
• Collect, clean, and analyze business data to generate regular reports and insights.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends to support business decisions.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline agency events, workshops, and training.
• Support cross-functional projects and other operational tasks.
