Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail on large datasets.
• Excellent documentation and organisational abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and communications with TikTok LIVE agencies across the MENA region.
• Coordinate with Arabic-speaking agency partners and internal teams to drive initiatives.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain operational documents, presentations, and training materials.
• Collect, clean, and analyse business data to generate reports and insights.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends to support decisions.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline agency events and trainings.
• Support cross-functional projects and other operational tasks.
