Job summary

Jotun MENA L.L.C is looking for a proactive HR coordinator to join the MENA HR team, providing hands-on support across recruitment, onboarding, learning coordination, HR operations, and employee engagement in multiple markets.

The role emphasizes leveraging technology to improve efficiency and the employee experience, while ensuring data quality and confidentiality in complex regional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years' experience in HR, administration, operations, business support, project coordination, analytics, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment administration and documentation and help deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and induction schedules.
• Support and promote the Buddy Programme.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and digitalize onboarding processes.
• Coordinate learning initiatives and support learning administration.
• Support employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to support data quality initiatives including digitalization and process improvement projects.
• Support employee engagement and wellness activities.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Contribute to HR projects, reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
