Job summary

Fuze Finance is seeking a senior strategy professional to join the Group Strategy & Ventures team in Dubai. You will work directly with the CSO and founders on decisions shaping product sequencing, licensing pathways, and market expansion.

You’ll turn regulatory insights into commercial strategy and build robust financial models for new products and partnerships. You’ll analyze corridor economics, benchmark against global players, and prepare materials for boards and regulators, contributing to

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy or a Big 4 strategy or transactions practice.
• Genuinely strong problem structuring and quantitative modelling.
• Clear, senior-grade written and verbal communication with Founders, investors, and regulators.
• High agency and low ego; end-to-end ownership at Series-B pace.
• Exposure to financial services, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
• GCC market knowledge; Arabic is a plus.
• Curiosity about Stablecoins and regulated crypto infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build the analysis behind product sequencing and market-entry decisions, including corridor economics and licensing pathways.
• Benchmark against leading global payments and digital asset infrastructure players.
• Turn regulatory frameworks into commercial strategy rather than memos.
• Model unit economics and business cases for new products and partnerships.
• Support ventures, partnerships, and M&A through screening and diligence.
• Own competitive and market intelligence across EMEA, the US, and emerging markets.
• Prepare board, investor, and partner materials for regulators and sovereign funds.
