Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Membership Director in the Middle East region to own the member relations and business development function. You will work directly with the CEO to design, organize, and own a high-performance growth engine, driving conversions, renewals, and exclusive collaborations.

You will manage direct business development, community activations, and account management, while building a scalable playbook and leading a small team for onboarding, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with elite networks and founder/creative circles, with strong Dubai market connections.
• Proven ability to source, convert, and renew members through high-signal engagement.
• Experience building partnerships and executing high-impact events and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Own Aurora’s member business development funnel from first contact to renewal.
• Represent Aurora personally with prospects and members during the conversion journey.
• Develop and manage channel partnerships with related networks and communities.
• Create high-signal events and collaborations to attract and engage prospective members.
• Build the playbook for a top-tier member relations function and lead onboarding/retention teams.
