Job summary

The Private Membership Club in Abu Dhabi invites an experienced Member Services Executive who delivers personalized luxury hospitality to an international VIP and UHNW membership. As the primary contact for members, you will build trusted relationships, coordinate bespoke lifestyle requests, and ensure discretion, efficiency and flawless service.

The role requires a minimum of two years in luxury hospitality in the UAE, fluent English plus a second language, a UAE driving licence and willingness

An exclusive Private Membership Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Member Services Executive who understands luxury hospitality and is committed to delivering intuitive personalised service to an international membership of VIP and UHNW individuals.

As the primary point of contact for club members, you will build trusted relationships while coordinating bespoke lifestyle requests with professionalism, efficiency and complete discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and highly personalized experience for every member interaction.
• Arrange luxury travel, private aviation, yacht charters, fine dining reservations, exclusive events, wellness experiences and other bespoke lifestyle services.
• Build long-term relationships with members by understanding their individual preferences and anticipating future needs.
• Coordinate with premium suppliers and luxury partners to ensure flawless service delivery.
• Handle urgent and complex requests with confidence, flexibility and attention to detail.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and luxury service etiquette.
• Represent the club with impeccable grooming and exceptional communication skills.

Role Requirements

• Minimum two years experience within a 5-star luxury hotel, private members club, VIP lounge, luxury concierge company, or premium hospitality environment in the UAE.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Hostess, Butler Services, VIP Services, or Member Relations.
• Fluent in English plus one additional European, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language (mandatory).
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and personalized guest service.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Currently based in the UAE and available to attend face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi.
