Marsh in Dubai seeks a Placement Executive - Medical and Life (Emirati Nationals Only) to support the placement and renewal of insurance policies. You will coordinate with insurers, negotiate terms, and deliver quotes and market feedback while linking Client Executives with insurers.

Qualifications

UAE National as per job eligibility.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduate or early-career candidate.
Fluent in Arabic and English, written and verbal.
Strong numerical skills and comfortable with data.
Proficient in Excel with good technical skills.
Collaborative team player, follows established procedures.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding.
Engage with insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.
Prepare and review market submissions for accuracy and completeness.
Follow‑up with insurers to obtain quotations and underwriting decisions.
Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage and price.
Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and strategy.
Maintain insurer relationships to improve market access and service levels.
Monitor renewal timelines and identify risks or delays.
Support development of new insurance solutions and market opportunities.
Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance, and market trends.
