Responsibilities

• Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding.
• Engage with insurers to negotiate pricing, coverage, and policy terms.
• Prepare and review market submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow‑up with insurers to obtain quotations and underwriting decisions.
• Compare insurer terms and provide placement recommendations based on coverage and price.
• Coordinate with Client Executives to understand client requirements and strategy.
• Maintain insurer relationships to improve market access and service levels.
• Monitor renewal timelines and identify risks or delays.
• Support development of new insurance solutions and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate placement records and produce reports on renewals, pipeline, insurer performance, and market trends.

About This Role

We are recruiting a Placement Executive - Medical and Life to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support the successful placement and renewal of insurance policies by coordinating with insurers, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quotes and market feedback. The role acts as the link between Client Executives and insurers, driving efficient market engagement while maintaining strong insurer relationships and ensuring compliance with internal placement processes.

• Manage the placement and renewal process from market submission through to binding.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
