Responsibilities

• Handle OP and IP insurance approvals efficiently and accurately.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for authorizations and follow-ups.
• Ensure complete and timely documentation submission in compliance with UAE regulations and hospital policies.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring proper authorization to avoid denials.
• Submit claims electronically or via mail to providers, following each plan's guidelines.
• Manage claim denials by investigating reasons, appealing decisions, and resubmitting corrected claims.
• Post payments received from insurers and patients, reconciling with billing system and patient accounts.

Education
