Job description

  • Accurately review and code medical documentation for services provided in homecare, hospital, and medical center settings.
  • Ensure precise coding for insurance claims to facilitate timely and accurate reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any documentation and coding issues.
  • Verify that coding practices comply with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance standards.
  • Address and manage coding discrepancies, claim denials, and rejections.
  • Stay informed about updates to coding practices, insurance guidelines, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in insurance coding within a homecare, hospital, or medical center environment.
  • AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) certification is required (e.g., CPC, CCS).
  • Additional relevant certifications (e.g., CCS, CPC-H) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
