Job summary

Learn To B HR Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced Medical Insurance Coordinator to join our expanding aesthetic medical center. You will manage patient insurance eligibility, coordinate pre-authorizations with insurers and TPAs, and process medical claims with accuracy.

The role requires 2–3 years UAE healthcare/medical insurance experience, DHA procedures knowledge, and strong communication to support doctors, nurses and front desk teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of UAE healthcare/medical insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of DHA insurance procedures and TPA portals.
• Experience in insurance eligibility checks, pre-authorizations and approvals.
• Knowledge of medical claims, submissions, rejections and resubmissions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in a medical center, clinic or hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient insurance eligibility and approvals.
• Coordinate pre-authorizations with insurance companies and TPAs.
• Process and follow up on medical claims.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and reception team regarding insurance matters.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and documentation.
