The role requires extensive experience in media planning, programmatic buying, and analytics. A leadership track record and strong vendor management are essential, with a focus on innovation in media and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 8 years in media planning, strategy and digital marketing with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering ROI.
• Strong expertise in digital platforms, programmatic buying, and analytics tools.
• Experience managing agency relationships and negotiating high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead paid media and digital marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
• Plan long-term media strategy and annual media planning for growth.
• Allocate channel mix across offline and digital platforms for impact.
• Set KPIs and benchmarks; monitor trends and competitive activity.
• Execute campaigns across social, paid search, influencers, and programmatic.
• Collaborate with platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) for partnerships.
• Analyse performance and report insights to senior leadership.
• Foster data-driven culture and ensure brand and legal compliance.
