About the Role:
BrandXB is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales excellent client relationship skills and the ability to consistently close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify approach and secure new business opportunities in media and marketing services.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and upsell additional services where possible.
Conduct daily client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads follow-ups and client communications.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in media sales or advertising sales.
Strong knowledge of marketing and digital media solutions.
Must own a car and be willing to meet clients daily across Dubai and other emirates if required.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated target-driven and client-focused.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
