Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct detailed mechanical inspections throughout active building construction projects.

  • Inspect HVAC systems, plumbing installations, mechanical equipment, pipework, and associated building services.

  • Compare completed and ongoing works with approved mechanical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

  • Verify compliance with applicable UAE construction regulations, building codes, and mechanical standards.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schedules, and mechanical specifications.

  • Check installed equipment and components against approved materials and technical submittals.

  • Assess workmanship, installation quality, accessibility, supports, alignment, and system interfaces.
