Job summary

WE Connect Services in Dubai seeks a dedicated maintenance technician for glass manufacturing equipment. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of machine maintenance experience and an ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

You will read drawings and handle equipment, tools, and materials knowledge. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation/testing, with a focus on safety and minimal production disruption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Machine Maintenance in Glass Manufacturing Industry; ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings of machinery, equipment and tools, with knowledge of materials

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on glass manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install and test equipment; manage parts inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize impact on production flow.
