Job summary

Agile Consultants in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support our client’s manufacturing machinery maintenance and troubleshooting activities. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist production teams to keep Trumpf, Salvagnini, and CNC machines running efficiently.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in maintenance and preventive maintenance practices within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years’

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Hands-on experience with Trumpf, Salvagnini, and CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery, including equipment such as Trumpf, Salvagnini, and CNC machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues in production machines and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair work on machinery to ensure optimal performance and operational reliability.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns and production delays.
• Support production teams by ensuring that machines are operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks carried out on equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards when working on machinery and production equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure timely resolution of equipment-related issues.
