Job summary

Coca Cola - Al Ahlia Beverages is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to service high-speed bottling and utility equipment in a beverage manufacturing environment. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and restore lines with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with bottling lines, preventive maintenance knowledge, and the ability to work rotating shifts. Strong RCA skills and adherence to GMP/5S are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in beverage/FMCG manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling/production equipment and utilities is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and breakdown-maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and RCA.
• Familiarity with GMP, 5S, safety and maintenance standards.
• Ability to work in rotating/multi-shift schedules.
• Experience handling Krones, Sidel and KHS equipment.

3. Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring equipment failures.

4. Replace mechanical parts and maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.

5. Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and daily CLTI routines to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

6. Follow KORE, Safety, GMP and 5S standards at all times.

7. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.

Desired Candidate Profile
