Carlsberg Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Brand Manager for MEA to own brand strategies, innovation and execution across markets. You will lead cross‑functional projects with strong analytical skills and a hands‑on approach to drive commercial growth.

The role requires 4+ years in FMCG marketing, bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Based in Dubai, UAE with opportunities to shape global brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of FMCG marketing experience with hands-on brand management.
• Experience developing brand strategies, campaigns and innovation initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of brand plans and strategies across markets.
• Identify growth opportunities based on category, consumer and competitive trends.
• Manage brand performance in sales, volume, market share and campaigns.
• Drive brand communications with internal teams and external agencies.
• Lead innovation projects from idea to launch with consumer relevance.
• Collaborate with Commercial and trade partners to implement brand strategies in-market.
• Use Nielsen/NIQ and internal data to diagnose performance and actions.
