Job summary

B&S International is seeking a Sales Manager Duty Free for the MEA region, based in Dubai. You will connect global brand owners with international Duty Free partners, driving growth across channels in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

You will build partnerships, analyze markets, and lead category strategies while traveling regularly. English fluency is required; Arabic/French/Hindi are a plus. The role offers a dynamic multinational setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of FMCG sales experience in Duty Free.
University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Interest in driving brand partnerships in MEA.
Experience with distribution and identifying opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with numbers.
Team player and independent deal closer.
Strong sales leadership and operational excellence.
Fluent in English; Arabic, French and/or Hindi a plus.
Willing to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact between global brand owners and international Duty Free partners, ensuring collaboration across Travel Retail channels.
Work across multiple product categories while maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
Build and strengthen partnerships with brand owners, key stakeholders, and retail customers through market visits and virtual engagement; expect travel.
Develop and implement category strategies driving sustainable sales growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
Analyze market trends, sales performance, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support decisions.
Collaborate with brand partners and internal teams on launches, pricing, promotions, and initiatives to maximize category performance.
Monitor results and identify gaps to adjust strategies for better commercial performance.
Apply negotiation and deal-making skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements while balancing profitability.
Prepare regular performance updates with actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
