MEA Duty Free Sales Manager - Travel Retail

Job summary

B&S in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager Duty Free to drive growth across the MEA travel retail network. You will connect global brands with airports, border shops, port stores and distribution partners, turning opportunities into value for all parties.

You will lead category strategies, build partnerships, travel monthly, and collaborate with brand owners and internal teams on launches, pricing and promotions to maximize category performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of FMCG sales experience in Duty Free.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic, French and/or Hindi are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact between global brand owners and Duty Free partners.
• Work across multiple product categories with customers and suppliers.
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with brand owners, stakeholders, and retail customers through market visits and virtual engagement.
• Develop and implement category strategies that drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with brand partners and internal teams on new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize category performance.
• Use analytical skills to monitor results and adjust strategies to improve commercial performance.
• Negotiate and close deals balancing profitability with long-term partnerships.
