Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive expansion in the Middle East and India Travel Retail. You will partner with key operators, define sales objectives, monitor performance, and build lasting relationships to grow revenue and brand visibility.

Based in Dubai, frequent travel is expected as you coordinate training and merchandising initiatives across the region. You will lead BC recruitment and development, deliver product training, and ensure compliance with Diptyque

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Travel Retail or luxury beauty.
• Experience in luxury fragrance and beauty is preferred.
• Strong adaptability and intercultural communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and results-driven mentality.

Responsibilities

• Define annual and monthly sell-out objectives with the Area Manager.
• Monitor KPIs, optimise stock levels and assortment.
• Conduct monthly sales analysis by operator and category.
• Maintain strong relationships with Travel Retail operators and store managers.
• Coordinate recruitment and development of Beauty Consultants across the region.
• Set monthly BC and POS objectives and act as main contact for BCs.
• Deliver product training to BCs and organize seminars.
• Ensure Diptyque merchandising guidelines are followed at all points of sale.
• Negotiate additional spaces and propose initiatives for brand visibility.
• Identify opportunities for new points of sale and monitor market trends.
