Job summary

Krones seeks a senior HR transformation leader to drive organisation design, change management and talent development across the MEA region, ensuring governance and scalable frameworks.

You will partner with senior HR and business leaders to accelerate AI-enabled decision making, assess culture, plan leadership development and succession, and align local practices with global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Administration.
• Completed master's degree in Human Resources/Business.
• Strong expertise in organization design principles, change management, talent management, succession.
• Proven experience designing and scaling leadership, talent and transformation programs and advising senior stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, consulting, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and change management across the MEA region.
• Develop scalable change framework and upskill HR teams.
• Align talent and succession frameworks across subsidiaries and manage development cards and skills matrices.
• Drive AI tools adoption to accelerate decision making and execution.
• Align leadership and transformation priorities with business strategy and regional realities.
