Job summary

Business Umbrella Group is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the MENA region, with location in Dubai. The role focuses on building a high-performance people strategy to support rapid growth in technology and AI sectors.

You will lead HR across product, engineering, GTM and support functions, shape leadership succession, employer brand, and performance frameworks, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team. GCC/MENA experience is highly preferred.
