Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required with strong contract management experience.
• Experience in sales enablement and tender management is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical or medtech industries is valuable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with ability to draft and review complex contracts and agreements.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to support bids and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in implementing policies for bids, tenders, and contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support offer development, bid/tender negotiations, and contract administration under supervision.
• Coordinate pre-sales bid activities, draft RFP responses, and manage due diligence requests.
• Utilize KPIs to monitor contract administration and post-signature processes.
• Deliver operational outputs and align goals with leadership expectations.
• Apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions.
