Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to support and execute lead generation, branding, and event strategy for Smart Building technologies across MEA. You will plan local campaigns, manage calendars, and coordinate with sales to accelerate pipeline and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.

The role requires 5–6 years in marketing within UAE, strong branding, content creation, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as Marketing Specialist / Generalist within matrix organization in UAE.
• Hands-on experience in executing Lead generation & supporting regional events / trade shows.
• Great passion for branding, creativity, determination to achieve objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative and teamwork.
• Recent or past experience working with different marketing tools.
• Solid experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop; has worked on presentations, reports, spreadsheets, Photoshop editing, InDesign, HTML.

Responsibilities

• Localize and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
• Build and manage campaign calendars aligning with sales leaders to support marketing programs.
• Work with Regional Head of Marketing to implement strategic initiatives for Middle East & Africa.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution from planning to performance analysis.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize marketing funnels with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with global marketing squads to localize and land strategic campaigns in the region.
