Job summary

Axis Communications, based in Dubai, seeks a Regional Director for MEA to lead a 70-person organization with ~€100 million revenue. You will drive growth, oversee sales, marketing, HR, finance and operations while ensuring compliant, high-performance activities across the unit.

You will report to the VP of EMEA and collaborate with global leadership, delivering regional strategies and people development in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in business management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading people in an international sales environment.
• Strong sales background, preferably in technology and an indirect sales model.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of an MEA language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Middle East & Africa regional business unit within Axis Communications.
• Oversee Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance & Sales Operations.
• Drive growth by executing Axis and EMEA strategies and managing P&L.
