Job summary

Gogo Inc. in Dubai seeks a Regional Aftermarket Channel Sales Manager for the Middle East & Africa to drive growth through strategic partnerships and expanded channel revenue.

The role focuses on growing equipment sales, activations, and recurring revenue via new and existing partners. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable partner success, conduct executive-level sales, and attend industry events while traveling up to 50% across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in channel/account management or related sales in aviation.
• Experience building partnerships with MROs, dealers, OEMs, and operators.
• Executive-level selling and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own annual revenue quota and territory business plan for MEA.
• Develop and manage strategic channel partnerships and pipeline.
• Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, forecasting, closing, and post-sale support.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Ops to drive partner success.
• Represent Gogo at industry events and customer visits.
