Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery seeks a Business Unit Director, Rest of MEA, to lead growth across the region, shape commercial strategy, and drive market access with distributors and partners. You will partner with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and regional leadership to expand into high-potential markets, oversee multi-country operations, and develop talent while upholding Credo values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare, or related industry.
• Proven success leading multi-country businesses across emerging markets.
• Strong distributor management and channel leadership experience.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, market share, profitability, and cash flow targets across Rest of MEA.
• Develop and execute annual and long-range strategic business plans.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning, and business performance reviews.
• Build and manage distributor governance frameworks and scorecards.
• Drive market development and expansion into high-potential segments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and other teams.
