Job summary

Mace is recruiting a UAE MEA MarComms Business Partner Lead to drive marketing strategy and campaigns across the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with business units and sector leads to position the brand, lead integrated campaigns, and deliver ROI-driven initiatives aligned with the global consultancy strategy.

You will manage ABM programs, develop annual plans, and collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics.
• Adept at leading complex marketing and communications campaigns.
• Degree in marketing/communications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers an annual marketing strategy and plan for the MEA region.
• Protects, positions and promotes the Mace brand.
• Leads integrated campaigns including content development, events, thought leadership and ROI.
• Promotes priority themes and differentiators across the engine and externally to clients.
• Champions ABM with an annual targeted plan for key accounts.
• Keeps abreast of market developments and provides insights.
• Supports strategic bids and capture plans where appropriate.
• Works with BUs to develop and implement CRM.
• Ensures adherence to brand guidelines and bid standards.
